Returns
Pulingma Automation is committed to providing you with quality products. If you aren't satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 7 days from the date of the item's arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.
1. Please contact our livechat to provide the issue, indicating your order number, the reason and the item(s) you would like to return, and the pictures of defective items if there has any. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Please put a note in the package and attach your order number, name, and contact number. We will check it after receiving this package.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you chose payment online when you placed an order, we will refund the amount to your Paypal. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note:
1. For international orders, we don't offer free return shipping.
2. For international orders, the delivery expense are not refunded for returns based on preference.
3. Any Pulingma Automation's product with a quality defect can be returned to us for a full refund.
